
Moldovan foreign affairs ministry in permanent touch with country's partners as to security situation in region
Chisinau, 12 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry (MAEIE) is in permanent touch with Moldova’s partners on the subject of the security situation in the region.
According to the MAEIE press service, Moldova’s Embassy in Kiev attentively monitors the developments in Ukraine. At this point, the Embassy and the Consulate from Odessa carry out their work as normal.
In case of worrying developments, Moldova’s diplomatic mission has needed action plans. Also, decision-makers keep in permanent touch with the Moldovan citizens participating in the OSCE’s special monitoring mission in Ukraine and the fellow countrymen who contact the embassy for information support.
We reiterate the recommendation to the Moldovan citizens to follow, as priority, authorities’ announcements and the official information spread by reliable sources.
