Leadership of Dignity, Truth Platform announced resignation
Chisinau, 13 July /MOLDPRES/- Leader and deputy heads of the Dignity and Truth Platform announced their resignation today within the National Political Bureau. Until the election of the new leadership, the interim position of party leader will be held by deput head Dinu Plîngău.
Also today, the National Political Bureau of the DA Platform decided to convene the party's Congress for September 5, where a new leadership will be elected. The decision will be put on the agenda of the National Political Council, which will be convened in the coming days.
In the snap parliamentary elections, the DA Platform picked up 2.33 percent of the vote.
Yesterday, after finding out the results of the elections, Renato Usatii also announced he is resigning from the party leadership and the position of mayor of Balti municipality.
