
2,100 persons consulted for free within week of campaign A doctor for you in Moldova
Chisinau, 24 August /MOLDPRES/ – This week, a number of 2,100 person have received free medical consultations within campaign: Un doctor pentru tine (A doctor for you).
The mobile teams formed by specialists – ophthalmologists, neurologists, endocrinologists and cardiologists examined 536 persons in localities from Calarasi and Causeni districts. Also, there were consulted 69 children from villages Chiperceni and Morozeni, Orhei district and benefited from prophylactic and sanitary services provided by dentists in the mobile team, stated the Ministry of Healthcare, Labour and Social Protection (MSMPS).
During campaign, there continues displacement of the vehicles equipped with radiological installations in districts. In current week, there underwent lung screening 1,472 persons as to identify cases of tuberculosis or lung cancer.
Commencing 02 August 2018, the villagers have had the opportunity to test their health for free in campaign: A doctor for you.
