Another judge of Court of Appeal Center passes external evaluation
Judge Denis Băbălău has passed the external evaluation. The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) accepted the Vetting Commission's report.
Following the examination of the report, the CSM members found that the judge has passed the evaluation, confirming his integrity and professionalism according to the vetting process criteria.
The external evaluation of magistrates is part of the judicial reform and increasing public trust in the judicial system of the Republic of Moldova.
Thus, out of the 18 active judges of the Court of Appeal Center subjected to external evaluation, nine have passed, five have been proposed for non-promotion, and four are still being assessed.
