Another prosecutor passed external evaluation
The Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP) accepted at today’s meeting the evaluation report in the case of prosecutor Inna Vîhodeț.
CSP members examined the document issued by the Prosecutors’ Evaluation Commission, as well as the materials related to the procedure. Following the analysis, the Council decided to accept the report and to acknowledge that the prosecutor passed the evaluation.
According to the conclusions of the Evaluation Commission, no circumstances were identified that would raise serious doubts regarding her compliance with ethical and financial integrity criteria.
The decision is to be published and may be challenged under the law.
