Chisinau, 22 September /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau city hall will hold a meeting with real estate developers on September 28 on construction in the capital.
Mayor Ion Ceban said he invites real estate developers, experts and civil society to discuss the problems accumulated in the construction sector. "We want to hear everyone's opinion, because the problems in this field have accumulated for years. There are buildings with 10-15 floors each that have permissive documents issued in 2016, 2017, 2018," he said.
According to Ceban, a working group has been set up at this time to examine the problematic constructions in the capital. "25 problematic buildings have been identified, which will be examined by the legal department, the architecture department which will present an information note," Ceban said.
During the meeting will be addressed issues related to the authorization of construction works (development of urban certificates and building permits), and the problems faced by economic agents in the urban development of Chisinau.
