Deadline for submitting files for European Yard Programme extended in Moldova
The deadline for submitting the files for the contest on the selection of projects within the European Yard Programme has been extended. Thus, documents can be submitted till May 9.
The decision was taken by the National Council for Regional and Local Development Coordination (NCCTLCD), in the context of the increase in the number of applications and enhanced interest in submitting applications for the competition.
The governmental European Yard Programme from Chisinau was launched at the in early April. It is aimed at modernizing block courtyards in Chisinau and its suburbs. In this regard, the government allocated 100 million lei, with a ceiling of up to 5 million lei per project.
The works that can be done include repairing access roads and staircases, modernizing street lighting, setting up parking lots, playgrounds, access ramps, installing urban furniture, changing windows in the block staircase, etc.
Applications for participation in the competition can be submitted on the online platform www.curtea-europeana.md.
