
Moldovans living in Tuscany, Italy to be examined by Moldovan physicians free of charge
Chisinau, 23 October / MOLDPRES / - Moldovans living in Tuscany, Italy, will be eligible for free medical consultations provided by a group of ten doctors from Moldova, on 24 and 25 October. This will be possible due to a social project to protect the health of migrants in Italy - "Your health - your future".The project was initiated by the Florence-based Global Fraternity Cultural Association, a clinic from Chisinau and Diaspora Relations Bureau (BRD). Thus, Moldovans in Tuscan region will be able to check their health condition with the following types of doctors: therapist, cardiologist, gynaecologist, urologist, dermatologist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, psychologist, radiologist. The patients will be able to undergo tests and laboratory analyses. For this, they will need to register in due time, to fill in an questionnaire and send it to the organisers. After processing the questionnaires, the applicants will be notified about the date and time they were scheduled for medical examination.According to a press release by the BRD, the mobile medical centre will be found at the Global Fraternity Cultural Association's headquarters in Florence , General Carlo Alberto Street, 15, in order to support migrants in distress and prevent critical health situations.At the same time, representatives of the Consulate General of Moldova in Milan will provide consular services at the event, during 08:30 -13:00 on 25 October. A concert will be held at the end of the project on 26 October.
