
MOLDPRES director says it is honour for news agency to inform about editing of new version of Fundamental Law, in line with people's will
Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/ - The Public Institution MOLDPRES State News Agency (IP AIS MOLDPRES) edits a new version of Moldova’s Constitution. The publication includes all amendments concerning the country’s European integration vector, approved through the republican constitutional referendum from 20 October 2024, as well as those on the declaring of the Romanian as official state language.
The MOLDPRES Agency edits a number of copies of Moldova’s Constitution in the Romanian language, as well as bilingual Romanian/Russian edition.
Director of AIS MOLDPRES Vitalie Hadei has said that the new edition of Moldova’s Constitution can be purchased at an accessible price for everyone in books distribution networks, as well as at the headquarters of the Agency.
„It is an honour for the MOLDPRES State News Agency to inform about the editing of the new version of Moldova’s Constitution, in accordance with the citizens’ will, expressed at the referendum from 20 October 2024. The Constitution, the preamble of which was completed with Moldova’s strategic goal – integration into the European Union, can be found in the most important books’ distribution networks from Moldova, as well as at the headquarters of AIS MOLDPRES. This booklet is a perfect present for each of us, especially for the Diaspora Moldova’s citizens, who decisively turned the balance at the referendum, on 20 October 2024. The price for the new version of Moldova’s Fundamental Law is accessible for everybody,’’ Vitalie Hadei said.
The edition will be useful for the civil servants, local authorities, jurists, young people and other categories of citizens. It could be purchased starting the end of this week.

IP AIS MOLDPRES has earlier edited also other editions of Moldova’s Constitution.
Also, the Constitution of Moldova, amended through referendum, was published in the Official Journal today. Thus, the integration into the European Union has become the country’s strategic goal.
