Yellow Code of heat stays valid only for southern Moldova

Chisinau, 18 July /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has informed about a Yellow Code of heat in southern Moldova.

According to meteorologists, on 19 July, in the districts of southern Moldova, the maximal air temperature will reach +33 Celsius degrees. Green code will be recorded on the rest of the country’s territory.

In the context, physicians warn especially elderly people, pregnant women, children and patients with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, allergic people to avoid the exposition to sun, opt for light-colour clothes, preferably of natural linen, to cover their heads and take care of the hydration.
