Moldovan government creates new public institution

Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/ - Government today ruled on the creation of a public institution named "The Implementation Unit of the Assistance Credit Offered by the Polish Government."
The institution will be created for the purpose of implementation and effective monitoring of the Agreement between the Moldovan and Polish governments on obtaining an assistance loan for financing projects in agriculture.
The new structure will monitor the process of offering the loans from the refinance fund for the beneficiaries of the assistance credit, provide financial resources through various financial instruments and provide training and consulting services for businesses.
The unit for implementation of the assistance credit offered by the government of Poland will be subordinated to the Agency for Interventions and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA).
Following the signing of the Agreement between the Moldovan and Polish governments, Moldova obtained an assistance loan of 100 million euros.
