Three Moldovan state-owned companies sold in auction today

Chisinau, 4 April /MOLDPRES/-Three state-owned enterprises were sold at an auction on the stock market today. The price requested for all of three public property goods accounts for 260 million lei (over 11 million euros).
State’s shares in Aeroport Catering company, Amelioratorul stock company, from Taraclia district and UNIC universal central store, from Chisinau, have been sold during the first bid calling of 2016. The highest price of 252 million lei was offered by a auction participant to buy 85 per cent of UNIC store’s shares.
During the bid calling organized by the stock market on 4-8 April, stock packages owned by the state within 24 stock companies will be put up for sale. The state holds the control in 12 of them, including Barza Alba, Tutun-CTC, UNIC central universal store, Aeroport Catering and Floare Carpet. The total amount of financial means relative to the initial selling prices of the stock packages put up for sale on the stock market, accounts for approximately one billion lei.
