Chisinau, 21 February /MOLDPRES/- The decree promulgating the law on the amendment of Article 10 of the state budget law for 2019 will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 22 February.

Heads of kindergarten, schools and colleges will receive higher salaries, averaging 1,000-1,200 lei. Thus, as a result of the amendments, the minimum reference values for the salary calculation of about 4,000 people who hold management positions within the educational institutions will be increased.

According to the same document, the salaries of non-commissioned officers, as well as officers within the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be increased. The increase will amount to about 500 and 800 lei, which will benefit 9,500 ministry employees.

Also, five councilors of the National Agency for Solving Complaints will have higher incomes. 138 million lei are needed to make the increases.

The amendments to the state budget law were approved by government by taking responsibility.
