Chisinau, 14 March /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the law amending the Article No225 of the Law No21/2013 on creative people and creative unions will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 15 March.
Under the new amendments to the legislation, the beneficiaries of merit allowance, awarded the Order of the Republic, Moldovan citizens residing in Moldova, who have established their right to pension or state social allowance in another state, are entitled to a nominal monthly allowance worth 500 lei.
The nominal monthly allowance for people with special merits to the state will be paid out of the state budget by the National Social Insurance House.
