Moldovan top court validates mandates of three MPs

Chisinau, 23 August /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court validated today the mandates of three MPs on the lists of the PDM, ACUM bloc and Shor Party.

During the first meeting, the new panel of the Constitutional Court considered two complaints submitted by Central Election Commission / CEC / on validation of MP mandates.

Thus, the magistrates of decided to validate the MP mandates to the alternate candidates, Ruxanda Glavan, from the list of the Democratic Party, Serghei Cataranciuc, ACUM bloc, and Igor Himici, the Shor Party.

The MP seats remained vacant after on 26 July the parliament took note of the resignation of Democratic MP Otilia Dragutanu, ACUM bloc MP Liliana Onofrei-Nicolaescu and Shor Party MP Maria Albot.
