
Customs Service received 5.8 billion lei in early 2021
Chisinau, 1 April /MOLDPRES/- In the first three months of 2021, the Customs Service of Moldova recorded revenues of 5.8 billion lei, up by 8% against the same period last year.
At the same time, in March the Customs Service collected over 2.3 billion lei from the state budget, up by 13% compared to the same month of 2020.
"During the last month, 49,024 customs declarations were made, and transport flow was 147,188 crossings. The most transited customs posts were Leușeni and Sculeni, with 38,901 and 23,147 crossings, respectively ”, the Customs Service said.
In March, Information Line officers also responded to 2,403 requests for information on customs activity.
