Chisinau, 3 January /MOLDPRES/ - A selection of 90 wines from 14 wine cellars of Moldova are part of the most recent online promotion campaign, backed by the Wine of Moldova, in cooperation with TopDrinks.ro. The retailers of alcoholic drinks have created a special category of Moldovan wines, providing the vastest online supply of products of wine cellars from beyond the Prut river, according to Agerpres.

The campaign will last 3 months, in which consumers will be able to buy wines at promotional prices and if they buy a string of 6 products, they will receive a present a digital thermometer for wine.

The most well-known Moldovan wines, which were awarded prizes at international contests, which are on the top of the preferences of consumers from Romania, can now be purchased online from one place.

The initiative belongs to the National Office of Vine and Wine (ONVV) from Moldova, in partnership with Topdrinks.ro, which created a special section for the Wines of Moldova. Thus, buyers will be able to enjoy and order their favorite wines, without additional transport costs and at promotional prices.

“The wines from Moldova are known on the Romanian market for their quality; therefore, we wanted to make them more accessible for those willing to buy them. The partnership with an online retailer from Romania is a natural choice for the National Office of Vine and Wine, taking into account the evolution of the procurements of products in the last year. The online promotion programme of wine cellars from Moldova remains our priority in 2021 as well, being a component of the communication strategy, which we adopted on the last period,’’ Chief Specialist at the Marketing and Markets Development Department, in charge of the B2B Programmes Ion Lupasco said.

The participating wine cellars are: Asconi Winery, Vinăria DAC, Kazayak Vin, Mileștii Mici, Rădăcini, Timbrus, Mircești, Chateau Vartely, Poiana Winery, Gitana, Chateau Cristi, Purcari, Fautor and Cricova.

ONVV is the expert No 1 in the vine-growing and wine-making sectors, which contributes to the field’s regulation and development, serving as platform for the joint action of all those involved in enhancing the competitiveness of wine products, turning to account of the authenticity and orientation to consumer. Among its basic goals, there is the diversification of sales markets and promotion of Moldovan wines through the national programme and the national wine brand Wine of Moldova. A Living Legend.
