Chisinau delivers to Tiraspol 1,810 doses of anti-COVID-19 vaccine - part of Romania's donation for Moldova
Chisinau, 5 March /MOLDPRES/ - Those 1,810 doses of vaccine, which are part of the humanitarian assistance provided by Romania for Moldova, in the context of the process of immunization of the residents from the two banks of Dniester, today were delivered to representatives of national competent institutions and were taken over by specialists from the medical and sanitary sector of the Transnistrian region, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.
The aspects on the taking over, administration and monitoring of the vaccine’s reactions at the first stage of the vaccination of the residents from the two banks of Dniester represented the focus of the discussions held between experts of the working groups for health care on behalf of Chisinau and Tiraspol, at recent meetings organized. They were also approached at training courses led by competent specialists of the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry and the National Public Health Agency, with the support of the World Health Organization.
