Deepening of Moldovan-German dialogue discussed at Moldova's government
Chisinau, 14 March /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean and the new manager for the cooperation with Moldova in the German parliament, Robin Wagener, at a meeting, have discussed aspects on boosting the bilateral Moldovan-German cooperation in sectors of interest, the government’s cooperation and protocol department has reported.
PM Dorin Recean set forth the main priorities of the government, among which the speeding up of the European integration process, strengthening the defence and security sector and the economic development. In the context, the prime minister informed about the investment opportunities provided by Moldova, through the IT Park, the Free Economic Zones. He reiterated the cabinet’s openness for boosting the commercial and economic relations with Germany.
„We will create more platforms of interaction with civil society’s representatives, so that the voice of the citizens from any region of the country reaches the authorities. This is how a true democracy is edified, according to the EU states’ model,’’ PM Dorin Recean noted.
The sides referred also to aspects on the regional security, confirming both states’ position of condemning Russia’s war against Ukraine.
