Foreign affairs minister of Denmark to pay visit to Moldova
Chisinau, 10 March /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy PM, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Nicu Popescu on 11 March will receive Foreign Affairs Minister of Denmark Jeppe Kofod.
The Danish official’s agenda includes meetings with President Maia Sandu, his Moldovan counterpart Nicu Popescu and Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian. Also, the official of Denmark, along with Minister Nicu Popescu will go to the Palanca border crossing point, placed at Moldova’s border with Ukraine.
The discussions between the two diplomacy heads will be focused, as a priority, on the regional security situation, in the context of the war in Ukraine, management of refugees’ flow, international mobilization of foreign assistance for the humanitarian crisis, as well as Moldova’s European integration agenda.
