
Moldovan electoral body authorized three polls for autumn elections
Chisinau, Aug 9 /MOLDPRES/- Members of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) have authorized three opinion polls on voters' preferences during the electoral period for the President of the Republic of Moldova and the republican constitutional referendum of October 20, 2024.
According to the CEC decision, the polls will be conducted by DATE INTELIGENTE company on August 15-30, 2024, September 3-20, 2024 and October 1-14, 2024 on a national sample of between 1,000 and 1,100 respondents.
Data will be collected by Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) and online by Computer Assisted Web Interviewing (CAWI).
The results of the three surveys will be published immediately after the completion of each questionnaire period.
On October 20, the citizens of the Republic of Moldova are expected to vote in the referendum and presidential elections.
