About 150 rescuers from several countries to attend simulated disaster liquidation exercises
Chisinau, July 11. /MOLDPRES/- On July 12-13, around 150 representatives of the rescue teams from the Czech Republic, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine will participate in simulated disaster liquidation exercises. These are: fires, chemical accidents and traffic accidents with multiple victims.
The exercise will be organized by the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) under the EURO MED REACT Project.
"In the Republic of Moldova, 147 representatives of the rescue teams will arrive, who during 36 hours, in day and night conditions, will be active for the liquidation of simulated disasters", a press release of the IGSU reads.
The exercise will start in Răzeni town, Ialoveni district.
