Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/ - About 200,000 people have registered on the online platform www.compensatii.gov.md. The categories of citizens’ energy vulnerability will be established and the compensations for energy invoices will be paid through this platform.

To benefit from compensations, the household consumers are urged to register on the website www.compensatii.gov.md for the assigning of the category of energy vulnerability, based on which the size of the compensation will be calculated. To this end, five categories of energy vulnerability have been identified – from quite high to non-vulnerable.
The registration in the system is recommended to be made till 15 November. In early next November, the cabinet is to approve differentiated tariffs for the consumption of energy resources.
A governmental green line, 0 8000 5000, was launched to help people register in the Energy Vulnerability Information System. The people who have no access to IT equipment or do not have knowledge to register online, can resort to the support of social assistants or librarians from the settlement.
