All kindergartens in Moldovan capital connected to heating system
Chisinau, 18 October /MOLDPRES/- The 127 kindergartens in Chisinau have been connected to heating system.
Acting head of the General Directorate of Education, Youth and Sports Adrian Pavaloi said at today's meeting of the municipal services that all early education institutions in Chisinau were connected to the heating system. "The 127 kindergartens in the city were connected to the heat. Out of the 27 kindergartens in the suburbs, only ten were connected ", said Pavaloi.
At the same time, the official said that only 32 secondary education institutions, out of the 107 existing in the city, were connected to the thermal agent. "The experience of the past years shows that the principals of the school institutions will request the connection to the thermal agent after the autumn vacation", he said.
According to him, out of the 131 municipal educational institutions, 108 operate with the physical presence of pupils and teachers in classrooms, the others operating based on the mixed model, with a total of 3,310 pupils from 366 classes learning online.
Making a statistic of coronavirus diseases registered in municipal educational institutions, Pavaloi said that there are 152 new cases. "112 new cases for pupils and 40 teachers," he said.
