
Chisinau public administration to continue digitization of several activity processes
Chisinau, 10 February /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau city hall aims to continue the digitization process in 2021.
According to the city hall, in 2020 several online projects were launched. Thus, EU.chisinau.md platforms were set up to notify the local authorities about the acute problems in the city and Educatieonline.md platform. It was created out of the need to study remotely during the pandemic.
At the same time, the municipality announces that the digitization projects will continue this year: a lot of work processes within the municipal subdivisions will be digitized, single window will be created, single Call Center will be set up and SMART city concept will be elaborated.
Also, in the current year it will be possible to digitize the accounting system for all municipal subdivisions, such as exposure for sale and leasing of municipal property; electronic circuit of documents (e-Petitions, e-Management, e-Library), creation of the human resources record system, updating the access control system and time record for city hall employees, creation of a technological database of the Legal Aid Department, automation the processes for receiving requests for compensation for socially disadvantaged families, etc.
