USMF "Nicolae Testemițanu" holds new edition of "Donate blood - be a hero!" action

Chisinau, Nov. 16 /MOLDPRES/- The State University of Medicine and Pharmacy (USMF) "Nicolae Testemițanu" is holding today a new edition of "Donate blood - be a hero!" action, organized by the Association of Medical Students and Residents of Moldova, jointly with the National Blood Transfusion Center.

The event will take place between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Attending the event will be students, resident doctors and university employees, as well as all volunteers willing to donate blood, thereby showing human solidarity and compassion.

The action is organized on International Students' Day, held annually on November 17. It is focused on promoting the national blood donation campaign. The campaign aims to replenish blood supply in our country, promote a healthy way of life and develop the spirit of social responsibility.
