Document Archive (Documentation)

Accumulated over more than two decades, the document collection serves as a real foundation for providing a wide range of services to interested persons:

• Information in current legislation by providing photocopies of certain decrees of the President of RM, codes and laws, Parliament and Government decisions, acts of central public authorities, as well as their amendments (upon request);
• Consulting in cases when a person knows approximately or doesn't know at all the name, official number of the act, when and in which issue of the Official Monitor the legislative/executive/normative document they are looking for was published;
• Historical documentation: acts relating to important events from 1989 to present (anthem, coat of arms, state language, transition to Latin script; creation of state structures and their modification; awarding of distinctions; adherence and collaboration with international organizations, bilateral relations with other states, etc);
• Compilation of thematic act packages in requested areas: economy, social, culture, etc. (within reasonable time).

Additional Services Provided Upon Request:

• News bulletins compiled in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for distribution abroad (1996-1999);
• Newspaper articles in thematic folders: Transnistria, ATU Gagauzia, relations with other countries;
• SIA "Moldpres" news bulletins, distributed during 2003-2009 (in paper format);
• Search services for advertising announcements/notices of economic agents or lost documents of individuals.
