As many as 1,174 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours
Chisinau, 7 November /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 3,874 samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 1,174 cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed, of which seven import ones. As many as 81,675 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Moldova so far.
According to data by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry (MSMPS), 65 out of all cases are medical employees: physicians –16 and medical assistants –38, auxiliary staff employees –11.
The health condition of the people hit is as follows: 847 are in serious condition, of whom 45 patients are connected to assisted breathing. A number of 1,487 patients are in medium seriousness condition and the other patients are in satisfactory condition.
In the context, 4,512 people are treated at home with easy forms of COVID-19 and 25,712 are under supervision at the domicile.
Another 1,094 persons were treated and discharged from hospitals. As many as 61, 314 people have been healed of COVID-19 in all.
At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another nine deaths triggered by COVID-19 and there are 1,891 people dead of coronavirus in all.
