
Moldovan border policemen participate in last training for Military Parade
Chisinau, 25 August /MOLDPRES/ - Border policemen today participated in the last training for the Military Parade due on 27 August, when Moldova will mark the 30th anniversary of its Independence.
According to the institution, 70 employees of the Border Police, led by commissary Eugen Moldovan, will defile on the Great National Assembly Square. ‘’They will be accompanied by military orchestras, among which the Brass Band of the Border Police, led by conductor chief commissary Andrei Florea,’’ the Border Police said.
At a meeting with the staff participating in the Military Parade, the head of the Border Police, Rosian Vasiloi, conveyed them a message of gratitude for the effort made on the period of rehearsals, as well as for the commitment to efficiently represent the institution at the Military Parade.
„You, those 70 border policemen, represent the ones who day by day are on mission at the border and you also represent the veterans of the Service of Border Guards and Border Police, who stayed at the basis of the institution’s creation,’’ Rosian Vasiloi added.
