
No difficulties to move on national roads - economics ministry says
Chisinau, 12 January /MOLDPRES/- The Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure announced that by this time there are no difficulties to move on national roads.
In the morning light snow is registered in several districts of the country. Thus, on the routes in the north of the country the road is dry, and in the center and south of the country on some parts of the road it is slippery.
42 special machines were involved in the technological process, 106 workers sprinkled 485.7 tons of anti-skid material.
Law enforcers urge all road users to respect the Road Traffic Regulations, and during icy weather to show special caution in traffic, to increase the safety distance while walking and avoid dangerous maneuvers.
According to meteorologists, in the next few days the weather will suddenly cool down, and today it will snow in several districts. This weekend, up to -15 degrees Celsius will be recorded in the country.
