Restricted access to Eugen Doga International Airport on August 27-31
Access to Eugen Doga International Airport in Chisinau will be restricted on August 27-31, 2026, in the context of the security measures established for this period.
According to the Border Police, the restrictions will take effect on August 27 at 00:00 and will remain in force until August 31 at 23:59, based on a decision of the National Crisis Management Center.
During this period, only passengers holding valid tickets and travel documents, as well as authorized personnel and aircraft crew members, will be allowed to enter the terminal.
Passengers will be allowed access to the terminal three hours before the scheduled departure time of their flight. The Border Police recommend that travelers take this rule into account when planning their arrival at the airport.
According to the authorities, this is a temporary measure aimed at maintaining an organized flow in the terminal and ensuring the efficient conduct of control and boarding procedures.
