State Social Inspectorate to be set up in Moldova
Chisinau, 16 December /MOLDPRES/ - The lawmakers today voted in the final reading the draft law aimed at optimizing the mechanism of state inspection and control in the social assistance sector.
The amendments made to the legislation provide for the setting up of the State Social Inspectorate (presently the Social Inspection), which will be in charge of carrying out the state control in the social assistance field: finding out contraventions, compilation of official reports and imposing the contravention sanctions.
At the same time, the document establishes the completion of the Contravention Code with provisions concerning sanctions for the infringement of the rules as to the providing of social assistance.
