Moldovan anticorruption officers conduct searches across country on health officials case

Chisinau, 9 February /MOLDPRES/- Officers of the National Anticorruption Centre today conduct searches in several locations across the country in a case on illegal agreements between health officials.
CNA spokeswoman Angela Starinschi confirmed the information on the matter.
“The file concerns marketing of medicines, illegal agreements between health officials, medical staff and agents of pharmaceutical chains. Several people have already been detained and searches have found important evidence confirming the operation of an illegal network active in the promotion of pharmaceutical products by medical staff”, Starinschi said.
Raids started in the morning.
