Special representative of OSCE chairman-in-office to pay visit to Chisinau

Chisinau, 9 February /MOLDPRES/ – Deputy Prime Minister, Cristina Lesnic, had a telephone conversation with Special Representative of OSCE Chairman – in – Office for Transnistrian conflict settlement Franco Frattini today, the office for reintegration policy’s information and media communication service has reported.

Franco Frattini said that in early March 2018 he would make an official visit to Chisinau to consult on measures to be planned and implemented in 2018.

As to prepare a preliminary agenda for negotiation process for 2018, during February 2018, the Plenipotentiary Minister of the General Affairs and Security Affairs Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, Alfredo Conte, will come to Chisinau to carry out appropriate coordination.

We recall that during OSCE Chairmanship in 2018, Italy set itself the task of guiding motto: Dialogue, Ownership, Responsibility.
