Moldovan commercial bank to provide lower interests for greater possibilities

Chisinau, 28 March /MOLDPRES/ - Any plan or idea needs support in order to be successfully carried out. The Commercial Bank Moldova Agroindbank stock company (MAIB) provides the necessary support for benefiting from loans with advantageous interest!   

On the period of 19-29 March 2018, MAIB will provide consumption and real estate loans to private people with a yearly floating interest rate of seven per cent. The variety of crediting products is adapted to the individual situation of each applicant for loan, so that it could meet any need of the client. Moreover, MAIB provides the refinancing of loans from other financial institutions absolutely free of charge.   

The range of promotional loans includes:

Multi-optional Loan – up to 100,000 lei, without pledge, for a period of up to five years (effective annual interest rate of 12.07 per cent)  

Loan for financing personal spending – up to 1.5 million lei, by putting in pledge real estate, for a term of up to ten years (effective annual interest rate of  11.66 per cent).

Real estate loan and real estate loan for migrant workers – is provided for the purchasing, renovation, repair of the dwelling for a term of 20 years (for instance: 1 million lei, the effective annual interest rate of 8.39 per cent).    

The Avanti real estate loan – is provided to young people aged up to 35 years, for a term of up to 30 years (for instance, one million lei, effective annual interest rate of 8.9 per cent).
