Moldovan deputy premier for reintegration meets group of experts

Chisinau, 28 May /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Lesnic today met Thomas Hammarberg, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Transnistrian region, accompanied by a group of experts from the United Nations Office on Human Rights, the Bureau for Reintegration has reported.
The main topic of the discussion was the human rights component of the Transnistrian region. In this respect, the deputy premier pointed out the efforts made to ensure respect for human rights on the left bank of the Dniestre.
Other issues were related to the Latin script schools, free movement of people and goods, current situation in the negotiations process etc.
