Moldovan parliament speaker urges MPs to participate in blood donation campaign

Chisinau, 13 June /MOLDPRES/ – Speaker of Parliament, Andrian Candu, at the meeting of Standing Bureau today, called on MPs and officials of the Legislature Secretariat to join the blood donation campaign organised by authorities on 14 June, when it is marked the World Blood Donor Day, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.

"I invite you to take part into generous blood donation act, as to provide life hope to the ones in need, and to encourage people to donate blood throughout the example of politicians," said SP.

According to organisers, blood donation campaign takes place on 14 June, at 09:00 – 15:00, in central Public Garden, where 3 mobile blood tents are to be installed.
