Column of Russian military equipment noticed in Moldovan left-bank region, nearby border with Ukraine

Chisinau, 15 June /MOLDPRES/ – There was seen a huge column of Russian armored vehicles of the Russian Operational Group on route Tiraspol – Ribnita a few kilometres from border with Ukraine, informs Ukrainian portal unian.net, taken over by agency.

According to the Ukrainian site, writer Artiom Filipenko wrote about this on a social network. "Meanwhile, on route Tiraspol – Ribnita, a few kilometers from border with Ukraine, a Russian armored vehicle column is moving from the base of the Russian Operational Group, which is happening in Security Zone. Does OSCE have anything to say?" commented Filipenko.

Filipenko also published the declaration of Moldovan side within Joint Control Commission (CUC), which states that "on 14 June, starting at 08:30, on route Tiraspol – Ribnita, direction Grigoriopol – Dubasari, three columns with military machinery and armored vehicles of various types (TAB, DRDM) (possibly of the Russian Troop Operational Group), travelling accompanied by special vehicles of unconstitutional militia structures. As requested by the other parties in response of CUC to displacement of military columns, the Transnistrian side specified that all military equipment of Tiraspol is in permanent deployment places and does not circulate throughout Security Zone and representatives of Russia informed that they would document the case and inform CUC at upcoming meeting to take place on 21 June 2018".
