Special places for information, announcements to be set in north Moldova city

Chisinau, 27 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Balti city’s authorities have started setting information panels in city’s yards. This move is aimed at making proper order in the municipality’s posters, “which most often is at random and harms the settlement’s image.”
The panels are manufactured from solid materials and will protect the materials posted in case of precipitation, local sources said.
The issue of information panels was considered at a meeting of the leaders of public utilities, chaired by Balti mayor Nicolai Grigorisin, last week. At that time, the mayor was informed that the panels were ready and would be set in all districts of the city, according to www.esp.md.
The participants in a meeting of the Balti municipal council for the first time discussed the need to arrange special places for announcements in Balti in September 2017.
According to the Balti authorities, in this way, “the city will get rid of a big quantity of paper – notifications, all kinds of announcements, glued chaotically anywhere – on pillars, stations, on walls, trees, etc. Or, this fact does not embellish the city at all; this just gives it an unkempt appearance.”
