Timetable for baccalaureate, secondary school certificate exams approved in Moldova

Chisinau, 25 September /MOLDPRES/ – The timetable for national testing in primary education, secondary school certificate and baccalaureate exams in study year 2018 – 2019 was approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research (MECC).

According to an order signed by Minister Monica Babuc, the national tests in primary education will take place on 14 – 23 May 2019. The secondary school – leavers will have their first exam on 03 June and the last on 13 June. The pupils of the 9th form will take exams in Romanian language (for alollingual pupils), language of instruction, maths and history of Romanians and universal history.

The baccalaureate examinations in year of studies 2018 – 2019 will start on 04 June and end on 21 June. The first test will be taken by the alolingual pupils in Romanian language and literature. The exam of the language of instruction will take place on 07 June, the foreign language – 11 June. The high school leavers will attend the profile exam on 14 June, and the on-demand discipline exam on 18 June. The 2019 baccalaureate basic session will end on 21 June, examining the Ukrainian/Bulgarian/Gagauz language and literature.

The national testing in primary education, national secondary school certificate and baccalaureate exams will begin at 09:00.
