Chisinau, 29 October /MOLDPRES/- Over 38 million lei have been added to the state budget in the nine months of this year, as a result of the actions taken under the campaign - Refuse wages in envelope - demands that your rights be respected. The data were presented today by the State Tax Service (FSF) in the context of the relaunch of the aforementioned campaign.

SFS employees, together with representatives of the National Social Insurance House and the State Labor Inspectorate, will carry out a series of actions to inform, raise awareness and consult employees and employers. They will be informed about the risks and disadvantages of using illegal work and paying salaries in envelope.

Thus, tax inspectors will carry out tax audits at 100 economic agents at increased risk of using the non-declared work in such areas as: agriculture, trade, production and marketing of bakery, construction, paper production and service delivery.

The SFS noted that the use of illegal work and the payment of wages in envelope is a phenomenon that has negative effects on the state budget and also on employees and employers. By accepting the salary in the envelope, the beneficiary risks being deprived of a decent pension, social package, quality medical insurance, social protection of his family, paid leave and allowances. At the same time, the salary in the envelope reduces the possibility for the worker to advance in career, to benefit from credit and stability at the workplace.
