New trolleybus route to run to Durlesti

Chisinau, 1 February /MOLDPRES/- A new trolley route, which will connect Durlesti to the central area of the capital, will be launched on 4 February. Five new units with autonomous propulsion will operate, which will run at an interval of 16-17 minutes.

According to Chisinau city hall, the new trolleybus route No35 will be launched to solve the problem of transporting passengers.

The trolleybus route No35 will have the following itinerary: Across the district - Vasile Alecsandri street – Hâncești – Spicului – Ialoveni. Durlești: str. N. Dimo – Cartușa – Alexandru cel Bun – Ștefan Vodă – Tudor Vladimirescu. str. Vasile Lupu – Constituției – Ion Creangă – V. Belinski – Vasile Lupu – C. Stere – A Șciusev –București – Vasile Alecsandri.

Previously, three new trolleybus routes were launched to the suburbs of the capital. It is about Sângera, Stăuceni and Trușeni.
