Meteorologists issue yellow frost code in Moldova

Chisinau, 19 April /MOLDPRES/ – The State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) has issued today a new yellow frost code, on the territory of Moldova.

According to the SHS’s information and media communication service, on 20 – 21 April night, isolated on the soil surface, it will be frosts of – 01ºC to – 03ºC.

Also, it will rain in upcoming days, and the air temperature will gradually increase. In the north of Moldova, there are expected temperatures of +10ºC to +16ºC during the day and 0ºC to + 05ºC during the night this weekend and early next week. In the centre: +11ºC – + 17ºC during the daytime, and at night: +01ºC – + 06ºC.

In the south of Moldova it is the warmest. The thermometres will indicate: +16 – +18ºC during the day, and + 02ºC – + 07ºC at night.

At the next weekend, there are forecasted temperatures up to +20ºC – +23ºC, with a variable sky.
