Euro appreciates insignificantly against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 12 June /MOLDPRES/ – The European single currency (EUR) appreciates by MDL 0.06 against the Moldovan leu (MDL) on Thursday, 13 June. The National Bank of Moldova (BNM) has announced a rate of MDL 20.52 for €1.
Also, the U.S. dollar (USD) appreciates against MDL up to value of MDL 18.12 for $1.
The Romanian leu (RON) goes down to cost of MDL 04.34, by MDL 0.01 less than at this week start. The quotations set by the BNM for the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and Russian rouble (RUB) remain almost unchanged: RUB – MDL 0.28, and UAH – MDL 0.68.
