Termoelectrica company launches information campaign on advantages of centralized heating system

Chisinau, 9 October /MOLDPRES/- Termoelectrica company launched today an information campaign on the benefits of centralized heating system.

According to the company, centralized heating systems are much safer and more environmentally friendly. The campaign was launched after this spring, a survey among consumers showed that 66 percent of respondents want to find out more about Termoelectrica and the services.

Termoelectrica company director Veaceslav Eni said that worldwide, it has been shown through various studies that the centralized heating system is the most efficient and offers the most efficient heating solutions. "To have the possibility to connect to the heat when you want, to have the consumption you want, to have an individual contract with Termoelectrica and a personalized meter, to benefit from a reduced price of at least 30 percent, we no longer need to expose ourselves to the risks of individual thermal power plants, which can pollute the atmosphere. Now, consumers can also have autonomous heating in the centralized system. The company has more than 50 dwelling houses in Chisinau equipped with such a system, where the consumer can adjust his consumption, pay as much as he wants and connect to the heat when he wants,” Eni said.

According to Director of the World Bank office in Moldova Anna Akhalkatsi, the information campaign was launched to bring the company closer to consumers and to present its activity.

The event was attended by several beneficiaries of Termoelectrica, who have implemented innovative and efficient projects to provide heat.

Termoelectrica company provides heat to over 5,600 buildings in the capital, of which about 600 budget institutions, about 800 economic agents, 200 thousand apartments in about 2,955 housing blocks.
