More booths illegally placed in Moldovan capital to be evacuated

Chisinau, 9 December /MOLDPRES/ - More booths from Chisinau, which do not observe the placement norms, are to be evacuated. The Chisinau general mayor, Ion Ceban, has warned decision-makers that they had three days at their disposal to do this.    

At a today’s meeting of the city hall’ services, the Moldovan capital’s deputy mayor, Ilie Ceban, said that there are about 250-300 booths of cigarettes in Chisinau which do not observe the placement norms. They are placed at a distance smaller than 200 metres from public institutions.  

The latest official data shows that about 3,800 booths work in the Moldovan capital, most of which are situated in commercial markets. 

Also today, the Chisinau general mayor warned the praetors that they had seven days at their disposal for the evacuation of all trash from yards of apartment blocks. Otherwise, they run the risk of being dismissed, Ion Ceban said.
