As many as 258 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova

Chisinau, 7 September /MOLDPRES/- In the last 24 hours, 1368 tests were processed in the Republic of Moldova, confirming 258 cases of infection with the new coronavirus. In total, to date, 40,055 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the country.
According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection / MSMPS /, out of the total number of cases, 11 are medical workers.
Another 395 people were treated.In total, 28,578 people were cured by COVID-19.
At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another 11 deaths caused by COVID-19, the death toll reached 1074.
