Over 900 weapons set aside by law enforcement bodies in 2020

Chisinau, 27 October /MOLDPRES/- Since the beginning of this year, the police have withdrawn from the circuit about 900 weapons, the technical condition of which does not meet the security requirements, are damaged, unusable, with unauthorized changes in construction, illegally kept, confiscated or voluntarily handed over for destruction. 

Before being destroyed, the weapons will be examined, photographed and printed, digitally documented, dismantled and stored in special boxes, which will be subsequently subjected to the destruction.
