Moldovan PM conveys message of condolences after earthquake in Turkey, Greece

Chisinau, 31 October /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Ion Chicu today conveyed a message of condolences after the earthquake that struck Turkey and Greece on Friday, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.
The message reads:
"I learned with deep sorrow about the devastating earthquake in the Aegean Sea, which hit Turkey and Greece, causing casualties and destruction.
In these difficult moments, I express our feelings of solidarity with the Turkish people and the Greek people.
We convey deep compassion to grieving families and wishes for speedy recovery to those injured.”
