Non-refundable assistance on behalf of Russia reaches account of Moldova's Finance Ministry

Chisinau, 5 November /MOLDPRES/ - A non-refundable assistance worth 275 million Russian roubles (59.7 million lei) on behalf of Russia’s Finance Ministry has reached the account of Moldova’s Finance Ministry.
„The concerned financial means will be directed for the urgent support of farmers from Moldova, hit by the drought during 2020,’’ the Finance Ministry said.
The agreement between the finance ministries of Moldova and Russia on the providing of non-refundable assistance to the Moldovan government does not imply financial commitments on behalf of Moldova.
